Blank DVDs are always useful and you could throw in some CD-Rs for a few bucks more. I can always use these items and so can most guys.

WELL YOU COULD GET HIM HIS FAVORITE ARTIST'S C.D. OR FIND OUT WHAT HIS INTERESTS AND TRY TO GET SOMETHING SPECIAL WITHIN THE BUDGET. THEN TUCK A NICE NOTE SAYING HOW YOU WERE GLAD TO HAVE GOTTEN HIS NAME FOR SECRET SANTA. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE HE IS CRUSHING ON YOU AS WELL.
