+ Don't listen to them. It is a 12 to 1 mix and you will use about 6% more fuel. Also don't let the engine stop in cold weather. You will not start again unless you preheat the fuel to at least 76 degrees F.

Probably 18 parts alcolhol to 1 parts air.

Start with a mixture similar to gasoline which is 14 parts air to 1 part gas (roughly) and then if you have adjustments on your mixer(carb) adjust for a richer mixture (less air-more alcohol) as alcohol provides some of its'own oxygen during combustion, I believe. Be prepared for a lesser power output as alcohol has fewer BTU's per pound of fuel than comparable fuels.

that depends on the cid and components of the engine but be prepaired to run twice as much alcohol as gas, also remember they run cooler so you can run alot more fuel but ratio is dependent on engine.

make sure your fuel system has alcohol compatable components or your going to regret it

I know they use twice as much fuel, so lines are twice as big, go from there, 8:1 to 11:1 :(
