Someone moved it to the top, and I cannot move it back, its the one with the clock, and the buttons, and the start menu, and it shows active windows...Its on a windows XP

Just click and drag it, you can drag it (and other folders too) to any edge of your screen.

Firstly unlock the toolbar by right clicking the toolbar and click on "Lock the Toolbar" to remove the check mark on it.
Then click hte toolbar. Keep the left mouse button pressed and drag it down to the bottom of the desktopp.. It doesnot come down as easily as it sounds. A few tries and you will get a hold of it.

perfect click it with the mouse and choose "Lock the Taskbar" There might want to no longer be a tick next to it. Then drag it by protecting the Left click set off and position it decrease back on the bottom, enable bypass of the Left click and then perfect click and "Lock the Taskbar" :)

Ok , first right click on it and UN select lock taskbar , then with NO open programs just put the mouse in the middle , press AND HOLD THE LEFT MOUSE BOTTON and just drag it to the bottom of the screen

Just click on it, hold it and drag it to the top, bottom, right or left side of your screem.

Right clicking on it brings up the ability to change charactoristics, etc. Play around...lots of neat stuff!

make sure that when you right click on it, that the LOCK TOOLBAR option is not checked then click and drag it back to the bottom of your screen. Any other questions, e-mail me. csickles@dialpce.com

Put your cursor over the toolbar and press and hold down your left mouse button. Drag that sucker back down there.

If you can't drag it as stated above, make sure that it is not locked. To check, right click the toolbar and make sure that Lock the Taskbar is not checked.

take the tool bar and hold down the left clicker thing at an open space on the tool bar and move your mouse to the bottom of the screen
