You will be fine (im a Nurse) and many pregnant ladies fly. They dont like you to fly after a certain time but that is when you are much further gone,
Dont worry and you will be fine.
4 weeks is very early and if you are really worried speak to your doc for more reasurrance.
Hope this helped Suzi xx

i was 6 weeks pregnant when i had to get on a plane from Cyprus to England which is 5 hours in the air. It hasnt had any effect. However we were moving our home and kids back to the UK as my husband is in the army and we had to come back. The stress is something to avoid. So dont worry and take it easy with handling heavy luggage. And Congratulations to you. Good Luck

there should be no problem with that, the only risk that can be possibly harmful to unborn child is in the last trimester, just to play it safe double check with your doctor, but flying at such an early stage should pose no risks

It is fine at this stage, only after you reach 6 months it affects you, then you must check with the airline their policy you will probably need a doctors note. good luck!

Most airlines accept pregnant passengers up to their 36th week of pregnancy as long as its been free of complications.
But ... if you're worrried just double check with your doctor before you go.

you will be fine, but if you have began experiencing morning sickness the motion of flying will probably make you feel sick, so be ready with the air sickness bag!
