ok so i have been on the pill for less than a month, i started taking it a week ago ( this is the second time i have been on the pill, i was on alesse last year but stopped taking it )
anyway, here is my question
my legs are KILLING me, they feel like those pains you get during puberty, 'growing pains' - could this have anything to do with the pill? my mom told me that sometimes people have difficulty handling different types of pills

You should call your MD office up and see if they think it might be better to switch you to a different brand or type. There are plenty of different types and formulations and also dosage forms to take if you have bad reaction to a certain brand. ie...patch, tablet, injections...quite possible it could be a reaction to just that particular formulation and switching brands or forms may fix it. I would not stop taking it until contacting the prescriber for this first though. And if the symptoms get worse before the weekend is over you could always have the prescriber paged as an emergency as it might be.

birth control pills can mess with all the chemicals in your body. you might just need some potassium which is found in orange juice and bananas. the worst case scenario is that you may have a blood clot in your leg, which BCP's CAN cause. if the pain gets worse, go to ER!!
