in the junior section.
there are some really cute Coats and Jackets this time of year. Also the are garanteed to be under 50 bucks.
But if you are not into the whole cheap think definently PacSun, or Wet Seal.

H&M has lovely coats..and they are not cheap quality and their prices are reasonable and range anywhere from $80-500..
