That's for you to decide. Obviously, if you're asking this question it can be assumed you dislike these habits of his. So ask yourself- Can you deal with them? Do you want to? Do you think you can find someone without these flaws?
The bottom line is simple. Everybody has flaws. We all have quirks that other people dislike. Love is not about finding a perfect person, it's about finding someone with imperfections we can deal with.
So if you can deal with your boyfriend's flaws, forgive him and accept them. If not, tell him it would mean a lot to you if he didn't procrastinate so much. Give him a chance to change. But don't expect much. People can only change if they want to.

I asked my last boyfriend if he was trying to put some distance between us because he wasn't calling and hardly came over anymore. He said he would be there and didn't show. Weird thing is that I knew he was going to break it off. I also knew he was now not even close to wanting a relationship with me.
A friend of mine told me to buy the book "He's Really Just Not That Into You." It was a complete eyeopener. It is hard to read the truth and this book is filled with honesty. Once you read it though there are no excuses good enough for the way he is treating you.

A boyfriend who puts things off and makes excuses is just not that into you. Find somebody who is!

I dont know your situation but I know if he has a busy schedual at work and mybe school and your refering to him putting things off that need to be done around the house.I know from my own situation i sometimes do that but give me some time and i will eventually do those things just dont pester me about it.life is to short to stress over things like that! now on the other hand if he dont work ,no school, sits around the house watching tv,playing video games and drinking beer and dont get things done then kick him to the curb this is all to common of a problem these days with both genders, and I know you can do better!

omg, i HATE it when guys do that. sometimes even my regular guy-friends do that, not just boyfriends. so with that in mind, it may just be a guy thing. i'm not exactly sure why they do it but it sure pisses the hell outta me too. my guy-friend always makes up excuses bout why he doesn't call me or anything but the thing is, is that he's just lazy. he'll talk to me for hours to no end if i call him. talking to me isn't the problem but he doesn't like to do the actual calling. in a way that may be an excuse in itself but the only advice i have is to talk to ur guy bout it cuz u'll never know how it really is till u do. he may actually have a good reason. good luck!! :)

He's not interested. Dump him. You are just convenient for now. When he finds what he wants then he's gone. Do you enjoy being a flop house?!
