We get to know each other more lately. She said like to be my best friend. But sometimes I call or sms her no reply. When I try to ask her out for gathering she said got apppoitment already. But when we get together, she look like very happy and talk a lot. It's she true wanna be my best friend or just entertained around?

I think that she isn't a true friend see she wants to be your best friend when it fits her schedule and thats not what friends are about trust me my friend did that to me and now we don't even talk. So your best bet is to just be a cool friend for that person and if she changes then yea be her friend but if not then no...

make a definite date with her and see her reaction.If she says she can`t on that date then ask when would be a good time.This should tell you.She might be too busy or maybe just not interested in dating you.Friends maybe.Good luck
