What is your personal view on child pornography and pedophiles?

Should they burn in hell, should they be locked up for life, is it really not that bad, or do you just not care?

For a survey hmm? Okay, well you're dealing with two different, yet related subjects here.

My personal opinion, which is what you asked for, is that people who create and distribute child pornography should be locked up, and maybe burn in hell. People who privately view or possess "already freely available" child pornography, by means that do not financially support the creation and distribution, should not be locked up, nor should they burn in hell.

Pedophiles, by simply being pedophiles, are not guilty of any crime. Pedophilia in itself is not a crime, and pedophiles should not be locked up, nor should they burn in hell simply for being pedophiles. Of course people who rape children should be locked up and burn in hell.

My personal all view is that as long as there is no harm done, and they are otherwise respectable members of society, let them be.

However, If they are abusing or molesting children in any way, lock them up for 30 years to life, depending on severity. If somebody was aiding or abetting by paying for such, they should serve time or be assigned to therapy, but should not draw as much of a sentence as those actually committing the act.

So a person who watches Child Porn would get a lesser sentence then the person who made it, but they should both be disciplined in some form or another. Taking advantage of somebody who doesn't' understand what implications it might have is a very serious moral breach in my book.

They Should Be looked away for life. But those that cause misery, like Dale Akiki and John Stoll suffered, should be slowly suffocated. These two innocent men were tortured and locked up for molestation. They were later proved to be innocent and cost the state of California Millions of Dollars. Why? Because Politicians wanted to make a name for themselves. Laws Like Megan's law may be good but they make me cringe at the thought of an innocent man suffering underneath the weight of some false moral rectitude.

Both, locked up for life and hell after that. Any human who dares to touch a child or just look at him or her with lascive eyes just deserve that, there's no regret.
And I believe that a person who does not care about these things has no feelings, if I could, I would dedicate part of my time to fight against children's outrage, of any kind. But I dont know how.

I think people who engage in kiddie porn are sickos and should go to prison and be in the general population. Pedophiles should also go to prison with no chance at release. They should also have time in the yard with the general population. People like that can't be fixed.
I believe in death they will burn in hell.

Well obviously it is bad. Although I don't excuse this kind of behavior....we have to look at society. Kids dress "sexy" from a young age these days. There are seen as adults by society at a younger age. There are many factors...
