It is movie file basically and I also tried K-Lite , so what should I do? I am not happy with that since it is distracting.

Have you tried to run the video in some one other's PC. If it is running the same way there also, then, the video is of a poor resolution and you wont be able to help much. Try running it in Windows media player at 50% zoom instead of 100% or more.
