Pitbull fights are illegal, but what about bug fights? Say you bet money on who's bug wins, they both dump their insect into a small container and they fight, one guy has say a land leech or something and the other guy has a scorpion. the scorpion Gets afraid and defends himself when the leech comes at him and the leech constricts around his body, or say someone tosses out a centipete while the other guy has a spider. Whaddaya think of the idea?

You know whats really funny, not one of the creatures you mentioned is actually an insect!!! hahahaha.

These types of fight already exist with some of the larger hurcules and stag beetles. In places like Panama and south America, these organised fights occur all the time. Two males (with large "horns" actually the pronotum and head) are placed on a shaft of bamboo, and there is a female trapped within the log. She is emmiting pheromones that send the males into mating mode and then the males will fight until one of them is knocked off the log. People actually bet on this and the fights are really cool to watch, no-one gets hurt and it is entertaining.

I think you are going to have to give everyone in that big crowd a magnifying glass in order for them to see what those little bugs are doing. That doesn't sound like a way for a crowd to have fun.

Is there really a land leech? I never heard of one (how would it keep its body moist to survive?).

A previous formed duel, cool!! This has been a fashion to settle arguements for a lengthy time period for the time of history, its purely now the position human beings purely wrestle for no reason like a collection of thugs. If no one presses rates i dont imagine theres a topic. What about all this UFC that each body raves about, thats quite viscious yet is likewise criminal. Or bypass on opposite communities on a rugby recreation and knock hell out of one yet another, no criminal implications there.

Im currently a promoter in this very unique form of insect brutal sports.
To date we have 7 members, whose insects range from centipedes to North African wood lice. sounds cool dude, i did that with a banana spider and some small spiny crab spiders. well they werent fighting so i added a brown huge stink bug lookin thing to the jar and it ended up killing the banana spider and 1 of the crab spiders. It was cool because once the stink bug or wutever it is attacked the spider, all 4 spiny crabs helped the banana spider out. its actually quite useful to watch.
