Some mild solvent should do. You might even try go jo hand cleaner without the abrasive stuff in it.

well i don't agree with most of the other ideas, bug and tar remover will be your best bet. but you will have to rewax the spot when done. and for gods sake please don't use oven cleaner. it is acid based and will trash the clear coat.

Avon skin-so-soft and a paper towel. Also, tar remover will do it but the skin-so-soft is very gentle.

I was a detailer an the thing that really does the trick is laquer thinner.
