I've used them :D
I had a very fast and fierce letdown in the beginning, so they didn't work until around 3 months when my milk supply was established.
They're pretty darn neat and can be worn again and again.
I hate it when hair gets on them, though. If you have hairy pets, be careful with them - super sticky.

I have not used them. I thought that they sounded like a great product but read the reviews at epinions.com before you buy. 5/6 were very negative. i think that i will pass on this item when i am nursing.
