yes you can do that with one condition , that the motherboard allows you that , the method used is called SLI = and stands for Scalable Link Interface , you can read about it here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scalable_Link_Interface

minimun requirements for your game are acording to this link

http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/701582/Delta_Force_Black_Hawk_Down_Team_Sabre/Product.html

Requires original "Delta Force: Black Hawk Down" game to play.
CPU: 800Mhz (1.4 Ghz recommended)
Memory: 256MB (512MB recommended)
Graphics: GeForce 2 (GeForce 3/Radeon 8500 recommended)
Operating system: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
This information is based on specifications supplied by manufacturers and should be used for guidance only

and I dont think you need 2 video cards , you need one video card that must be good, before you decide you buy a vodeo card please cjeck if you motherboard supports the type of card you wanna buy, cause there are different types of slots for vcards out there and would be a waste to get something that cant fit on the motherboard

if any more questions please email me :)

good luck

Of course you can install a 2nd adaptor. I've got a game that needs Pixel Shaders and it's junk so I need to do the same.
But...
First warning...if you have no experience in opening the back of your computer... be very careful. Asking for help would be wise.

But onto the gee can I do this?
1. where's the video plug in for your monitor right now. If it's next to the keyboard and mouse connections its probably "integrated". In english that means it's on the motherboard of the computer.
2. So next to the back where your keyboard/mouse are you'll probably see a bunch of silver slots. Those are expanansion slots that you can use to add stuff (like graphic cards) to your computer.
3. The easiest thing you can do would be:
a. take the make/model number of your computer to a local computer shop. Confirm that you can run a "PCI" video card.
You probably can, and you'll need some advice as to what specific card to buy.

reminder;;;;be careful on what you buy. The graphic card MUST be compatible with your game or it's junk.

I'll assume you're running Windows XP. If you're not, it's much more difficult.

So:
1. buy the right PCI graphic card
2. know how to open the back of your computer. If you're not sure get help.
3. When the card is installed (that's physically put in the back of your computer in an expansion slot) and close up everything. (with the computer OFF of course)

You will still have some software/display stuff to do with Windows. That can be dealt with separately, but needless to say you would have some fussing to do with the 2nd display adapter.

Yes you can. As long as the rest of the computer meets the min requirements of the game you can always go out and buy a new graphics card. Actually, you can install a new anything on your computer.

You can install multiple graphics cards if you have the slots free. You might have onboard graphics, and then you may be able to install a PCI-E card, AND a PCI one as well.

if you have an on-board graphics card then you can still install another graphics card because you still have a free agp slot. But if you already have a graphics card inserted to your agp slot, then i cannot add another card unless you remove the one in your agp slot.
