Theres a lot of actresses who has had a horrible personal life and are very successful actresses. I think she can do it!
Carrie Fisher is an example and the woman who played the first Lois Lane on Superman I forgot her name

I tried to like her but i think so far shes jus got lucky, i can't see that shes got enough talent and as for image- shes so false- i think the lifestyle has effected her in a bad way, the obvious eating disorder so on.. no chance of an oscar i say

I'd not sure but stranger things have happend. I heard that right now she is in AA because of her wild partying way. She's no Drew Barrymore, but Drew is an actress that had lots and lots of issues and she managed to turn herself around, so there is hope for Lindsay. Provided that she really wants to do it and she keeps herself on the straight and narrow

I'm not sure about the acting part, but I thought I heard a report of her going to Alcoholics Anonymous or checking into rehab the other day. This is becoming quit the fad for celebrities these days, ecpecially after saying or doing something stupid.

Absolutely, Drew Barrymore did once she decided to give up her crazy ways and settle down. Young actors/actresses get stereotyped in whiny or cutesy or immature roles anyway so maybe their a little to blame. You don't see many serious roles for young people.

Well she is making good choices in movies and the people she is working with (Robert Altman, Bobby etc.) but she has to start behaving herself before people will take her seriously. It won't matter how great her films are if people only ever think of her as a bar hopping party girl. Maybe going into AA will sort her out. I think she has potential and its terrible to see it going to waste.

she can actually act quite well i think, but her personal life has been far too publicized. The problem is that people know too much about her to take her seriously, which is why all the great actors usually keep their heads down as far as possible. She showed potential as a child, but I think she's ruined it for herself as a teenager.

I'd like to think yes because I like her but in reality I think unless she puts in the seriously hard work & chooses exactly the right projects she's never gonna get there.
