Sea breeze has a lot of alcohol and can be extremely drying to the skin. One thing I have found that works great is Witch Hazel you can get it just about anywhere . It is low cost and it is natural and will not dry your skin.
My daughter has extremely oily skin and sensitive as well and since she started using it her skin is clearing up.

I use Clean & Clear Sensitive Skin Deep Cleaning Astringent. It still has alcohol, but quite a bit less than Sea Breeze. It feels good, does a good job, but doesn't dry my skin right up, which happens pretty easily with me. I actually bought the Equate version of it at WalMart (much cheaper).

i used to use it and I really like it. It gives a clean refreshing feeling. I am older now and no longer need it. It never made me skin to dry. I LOVE the smell.
