Well mostly all guys do it, and probly most girls. They have come out with some clinical evidence that if guys in their 20's c_m at least 5 times per week it will give them a 30 per cent less chance of getting prostate cancer when they get older. It makes sense. Not good to let all of that jism get stale in there. Also the prostate has muscles that wring it out. I would think it would be unhealthy to let it get lazy. Also you can get nervous and anxious if you are a guy with normal hormones, (or raging ones, like me) and you don't get off every day or so. I know I feel best the more I c_m, whether by myself or with someone I love.

Don't worry those other answers are bull s**t. You can masturbate as much as you want as long as you dont rub your equipment raw. It will not hurt you and it is quite natural. Most men keep it up even after they start having regular sex with women. Once you are married for awhile and don't get regular sex anymore it will probable pick up again. By the way the ladies are pretty regular at it also but in a slightly different way but for the same end.Don't be guilty and enjoy.

masturbating does NOT cause cancer. people make up myths like that to scare people. 90% of the world would have cancer if that were true lol :D so dont listen to those people who say masturbating causes health problems because it doesn't. its actually healthy for you. hope this helps! :D
