Don't get me wrong, I *love* Christmas, but decided this year to stop being a sap by sending cards to a few people who have not reciprocated for years. Has anyone else had a good experience pruning their mailing list?

Absolutely! When I divorced I was able to send cards to people I cared about instead of to people I felt the need to. It was wonderful.

You decided this yr to stop being a sap by pruning off your christmas card list people who don't send cards to you ..............
The very fact that you have a list makes you a sap (whatever a sap is) I assume its a posh word for pillock

Definitely. I mean, clearly it's not that important to them anyway. Why keep wasting money on more cards?
