Roughly 2 weeks after your period. Some women notice cramping or an increase in vaginal mucus.

Your temp rises after ovulation, not before. Monitoring your temp works best for preventing pregnancy. Otherwise, keep track of your temp for a few months to look for similarities and that might help you in predicting ovulation.

You can use Ovulation Predictor tests to know if you are going to ovulate in the next 24-36hr, but it's normally 10-14 after the first day of your period. But some people ovulate earlier or later.

You ovulate exactly 14 days before your period starts. If your cycle is regular, then it should be easy for you to calculate. There are usually no symptoms during ovulation, but some women may feel a slight twinge, or their temperature may go up slightly. Also, you might have a little extra clear discharge.

Everyones cycle varies, the best way to tell is KEEP TRACK! Write it down on a calendar for two months and that should give you a good idea of how YOUR cycle goes
