Yes in a since they will atrohpy due to en exogenious amount in the blood stream. Now what you don't know is Testosterone for example increases blood flow. No what fills your penis when it's hard? So thus your penis will increase in size while using. Also if AAS is so bad then why do some many men and women get legal prescriptions for HRT. Look up a drug called Clomid. That is what is used to get your "Boys" back online and up and running.
I wrote a indepth paper on this back in College. Very interesting the facts vs. the myths that even professinols in the med field don't even know.
You guys really need to go to Pubmed and look up some real studies and see the real risk/benifits and not what you've heard.
Tell me what does alcohol do to you? Which is worse? Hmmmmm.

your testicles help make testosterone ..your brain senses how much testosterone is circulating in your body....if you are taking roids...your brain will sense the level of the steroid hormones in the blood....and it sends a signal to the testicles " things look good we dont need to make any more testosterone ..so the testicles shut down....because your body is receiving it from an outside source....so if a person is using "roids" for quite sometime" the testcicles will literally shut down..cause they are nt needed....so when the person stops "using" ...everything becomes mixed up..because the testicles can t jump start themselves so easily...thus leading to sexual dysfunction until the body can re-regulate itself....this could take many weeks!!

Really, at almost 55 years of living I know the government puts out warning that really aren't true! LSD causes deformed babies, and causes flashbacks years later.. Pot leads to heroin, ( as does milk) Lies are common in,our "disapproved" drugs. I have heard that steroids cause aggression and infertility, I really don't know if it is true, I suspect the government of misinformation though, and do not trust what they say!

sir steriods make your immune system low you can get ill very easily, and depending on your hormone leval thats what controls your @@@@
so it can! I wouldn't dare take them at all, unless you are prescribed for back pain or other types of inflamation, steriods on a long term use can make you nasty moody fat and mess up your edrocodine system and that can make you loose hair@ alot off bad things will happen with long term usage >but ask your pharmastist amy y

it really doesnt but your nuts stop growing but steroids are really bad for u and it depends on how much u take

steroids will realease hormones that will make u grow breasts and u wont grow facial hair and ur 'nuts' wont work either. u'll be a women in a mans body

Steroid use can decrease your body's ability to produce testosterone since you are artificially providing your body with it. This can cause your testicles to cease functioning.
