After he recieved critisism for favouring spurs in the chelsea match (the supposed "Chelsea need to be taught a lesson" slur) he seemed to purposfully favour arsenal today. Ok spurs didn't play great but until the first goal we seemed to have the upper hand.
Intellegent football answers only please (so that counts out any gooners)

Yes i did see the match and i never suggested we deserved to win but if you saw some of the decisions (not just the penalties) they went in arsenals favour

I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Regardless of the decisions he makes (after all, referees are only human and thus prone to errors like the rest of us), Poll seems to be under the grave misapprehension that he is one of the stars of the show. He has obviously read/heard the comments made about him after the Chelsea game, and perhaps feels he has a point to prove. He needs to forget about his image and get on with the task of refereeing the game.

Poll had three very hard calls to make today but I think he got all three correct. The replays bear this out.

Yes, I'm a Gooner but I actually feel sorry for the Totts today.

However, Arsenal's season has been characterized by massive domination of games without the results to show for it. It's about time we got some breaks going in our favour!

no. i do not think that poll is trying to show that he doesn't favour spurs. unless he is a arsenal supporter himself and he hates spurs, and probably hated chelsea more, i do not think he's that bad. looking at poll's performance today, u can say he had some really hard decisions to make. adebayor's goal is by no means debatable, but u really can't expect him to see that one from that angle. the linesman is supposed to make decision on these offsides, definitely not the referee from that sort of angle. he does have a good call on the second penalty, i think it was a really good call from him. he's already under so much spotlight, but yet he got his job done. i think u really have to give him credit for that.

Graham Poll is a professional and wants to do the best he can every time he goes out onto the pitch however, he does seem to court controversy these days. Yesterday my team, Tottenham deserved nothing, they did not look as if they were remotely interested in winning and showed no fighting spirit. So whilst Graham Poll did not have a good game, he certainly did not affect the final result.

Haven't watched the whole match yet, but I saw enough to decide if the goals were good or not. Adebayor's onside decision is debatable, but his goal stands. Both penalties were fair tho. At least Arsenal has finally had something happen in favor of them after having so many other game deciding decisions go against them recently

Graham Poll will always be criticised for one thing or the other

Did he ruin Spurs chances I think not

Arsenal were out to prove a point today .... there is life after Henry

Graham Poll is keep making controversy decisions. I don't think he sided to one club but he just made controversy decisions. Just watched again games that he lead. Chelsea - Arsenal few seasons ago when he allowed Henry freekick though Henry kicked it before he blew the wistle?!

He's not a good referee anymore, UEFA should not let him lead CL matches. FA should also do that!

All referees are out to prove a point!.
They dint get paid as much as the little darlings who run around the cold, wet football pitch at this time of year.
Referees need to assert their authority in matches like this. If they really reffed the game to the latter of the law, by Christmas we would only have 40 % of the first teamers available.
The paying public accept some mistakes, so let them got on with it!!!.

India had a near perfect match after Australia's first innings batting,i thought it was good first innings from Aussies but India scored so fast thanks to Dhawan and co and Australia's second innings capitulation that happened so quickly on the last day cannot be explained even by Ian Chappell.Batting for India clicked so well in this series, they had a near perfect match.Australia should've drawn this match but they ended up losing on the last day thanks to some poor batting in second innings.
