Do you know how to copy paste? if so go to http://www.freeweblayouts.net/go.php?id=layouts pick one and copy paste the code in the all about me section..

go search for "myspace backgrounds" in google
sites such as www.whateverlife.com have a really good selection of backgrounds.
Then they will provide the instructions to put the background in the profile. Usually you copy+paste the Codes they give you to the "ABout Me" section.

go to this website u can just pick a myspace layout u want.
u can also make a layout of your own on this website jus click on myspace generators on the left side and click on "myspace profile generator".copy the code, and go to "edit profile" on your myspace.paste it on your "about me" section.

go to free web layouts.com and click on "free layouts". there will be diffrent catagories of backgrounds. click a catagory, and there well be over 30 selections of layouts. you can preview the layout, and once you have foud a good one, copy the code and paste it in the "about me" section of your profile. that simple!!!
