Go right ahead. As long as you don't have it more than like twice a week, you should be fine.

They say not to eat a whole lot- like no more than once or twice a week. Has some chemical in that isn't really good for the baby in large amounts. Same goes for tuna, and a couple other types of fish. I have had it once or twice since I have been pregnant (am 30 weeks), and there isn't anything wrong with my baby.

Salmon is one of the fish that's not really recommended during pregnancy. I don't remember where I read it, but Salmon was the worst fish. It also said not to eat to much tuna.
