If your foreskin covers the head of your Penis when flacid then you have not been circumcised. Some other dickheads have a scar right around their necks

If you are not circumcised, your penis will be completely covered except for one small area that can be pulled way back. If you are not, please be sure to use good hygiene and keep the area clean so you won't get an infection.

You know you are not circumcised if when you're flacid, you have a sheath covering your penis, all the way past the head. When you get an erection, the sheath automatically retracts to just under the head.

Does your penis have a 'hood' - if yes, you have. Do you have to pull the foreskin back when you urinate - if you do, you have not been circumcised.

look at your self when hard if you have a redish band around it by the head that looks kinda like strech marks than your circumsized or go talk to you doctor or you can mabey use it as a pick up line if you are well indowed "hey can you tell me is i am circumsized?" then whip it on and impress the ladies!!!
