I'm a 50 yr old woman. My answer would vary determining your age and gender. My partner was "fixed" 20 yrs ago and he had the same questions. It did not affect him sexually at all if anything he became more virile ( But he allways was a horny old toad) iT TOOK THE WORRY OUT OF SEX AND GAVE BACK THE SPONINIETY. hE IS STILL GOING STRONG AND NO MORE KIDS (yippee) If you are female - think twice, i have heard that most women have a hysto with in 5 yrs of tube tying but don't know how factual that is. I had a young friend that had it done and put on more weight than a horse but I have known others to have no problem at all.I wanted to get it done myself but started menopause 5 yrs ago and am still waiting for the cycle to complete, One must allways weigh up if they want or can afford another child and take the best precausion. there is allways the side that although you are happy in this relationship it may come to an end and your next partner may want children so age is a factor, think carefully, speak to a fammily planning doctor or nurse, look up all on the internet and ask friends if they know someone who has had the opp.Get all points of view before making up your mind, by the way it doesn't hurt as much as you think .

IF you are SURE you want no more children, yes, by all means, get "fixed." You will notice no difference in the amount of your ejaculation, and the orgasm will be the same. No problem. In fact, sex is better because you have removed the pregnancy factor. From a guy who had a vasectomy 36 years ago and is still going strong!!

From experience; if you and your partner don't want any more children, by all means, get "fixed"! The procedure is simple and easy to recover from; your partner will be more relaxed not worrying about getting pregnant; my husband said the sex felt better afterward and it wasn't any different. Go for it.

Getting a vasectomy is a personal decision. If you feel you do not want any more children, go for it. You will still be able to have a healthy sexual life.

why bother? unless you are gonna be banging every night. I was watching the news and they said in Europe some scientists invented a male birth control pill. The pill numbs the muscle that releases semen during ejaculation but you still get the same feeling.

If you know for certain you don't want more children than you should not worry.
Getting fixed will not slow or stop your sex drive. you will not notice any difference.
