i was wondering what top would go best with the skirt. i will be wearing red pixie boots aswell. thankyou

don't wear a red top. make it contrast. maybe a top that has a bit of a puff on the sleeve.

I'd say a plain black top to make the outfit more classy otherwise it could make the skirt & boots combo look a bit cheap.
Do you have black boots? Or a different skirt? I'm not altogether sure this outfit might not look a bit nasty.
The red boots with a black top & skirt would look so funky but still classy.

If you're 18 or older, then topless would go very well with that skirt.

wear a black or wite top and umm a matching bag always looks great! oohh and a puffy sleved top is best.
