I saw this the other day and thought 'what a load of crap the trickery they were pulling on each other' to make the other jealous..

But then in the end they did break up.. so .. from a mans point of view, (If you had to suffer through watching this chic flick).. did the movie do Anything for you? I mean as in 'thoughtfulness in a relationship'? Or were you just glad when it was over? You know, checking the clock every 5 mintues wondering when the Simpsons or Family Guy would be on?

Just curious.

'Nother non-man voicing an opinion here...

Didn't subject my man to this film, not cause it was bad (nor was it Oscar worthy) but because I didn't think it would be his choice for viewing. -While he's at work, I can watch whatever and save the stuff he enjoys for when he's home-
But funny enough, I did see something eerily familiar in Vince's character, nor did it seem that he was struggling to play that sort of "guy".
I think for SOME guys it really is like clock watching work, to do as their girlfriend would like to do.
I also think SOME guys get overly involved with their playstations (no matter the name it boils down to the same) and it is nearly impossible to pull them away from those things, even though they are all equipped with a "PAUSE" feature, else how would these guys go grab chips or let go of some the Super Big Gulp they've been consuming all morning.
It can SEEM these days that it's hard to find a "good" man who'll meet you halfway when it comes to splitting the household responsibilties, and will happily do some of the things his woman likes...
But truly all it amounts to is finding someone who has a giving nature, someone who wants to show love as much as receive, and someone who understands compromise.

Just to clarify I know I've been graced with a Saint, and I thank God I got so lucky.

For those still of the Singles populace, the gist of this movie is, everyone would be happier if you just considered where the other is coming from! Walk a mile in the other's shoes and see how you feel!

Cheers - J
