Ebay ususally has some great selections, though do not buy from Asian sellers since they are all fake... There are a lot of British sellers with excellent shirts and good prices, I have purchased many myself. I know also that www.soccer.com has a lot of junior kits, I'm pretty sure they have youth kits for Liverpool 06/07.
