Probably, but who would have seen it to record it for "history"? I am not aware that statistics about rhinos stabbing elephants have ever been kept. Too bad too, because that would be earth shattering information.

im not sure how many rhino have attacked elephants but i do know that there were a herd of elephant in one of the game preserves that was going around killing all the black rhinos maybe they were getting revenge for all the times the rhinos run up and poked them

Yes, Elephants and rhinos do get into fights and rhinos are rarely the winners.

Probably. However, a rhino has better things to do other than go charging elephants who are even bigger than it. They're both herbivores, and have no reason to fight.
