Ok I am 15 years old...and i have a lot of fat around my stomach. This is also starting to cause me to have some "man boobs" and I never had this before. This is because I spend time in front of the computer , eat and never exercise. Also because I have no muscle whatsoever. If I do not take care of this problem, what can happen other than heartattacks? And what can i do to take care of this situation? Should I start doing pushups and situps along with exercise like riding a bike? And soon after I lose some weight start working out and gaining muscle?

first of all the main thing is that you eat healthy and burn more calories than you take in in a day. even walking instead of getting a ride somewhere or takin the bus can help.....the thing with todays generation is that they are more lazy.....i dont mean that in a bad way just that they are not as active as back in the day......instead of eating chips, eat baby carrots, or a cucumber. 3 small snacks of something healthy, a breakfast of something healthy and a medium lunch with a sensible dinner is perfect.....keep your metabolism going throughout the day. when you go to your locker in between classes grab a couple baby carrots and walk to class. instead of mayo on a sandwich have mustard or light mayo. cut out the soda....that is the worst thing for you. and take a multi vitamin. once you start seeing weight go away you will get more motivated. I found while i was in the military that taking a deck of cards and using the number on the card alternating pushups and situps. if its a face card do ten then flip another card if thats an ace do 15 so on and so forth.....good luck GET SOME!!!!!!
