I have, like, no budget. (No money... :() Anyway, if I do get money, what can I get a 13 year old guy that can be sent in the mail??? And if I don't get money, what can I send him? I really want to get him something for Christmas. :)

You can send him one of those video games that don't need a system. There's one with Pac-Man and other classis games on it. It's around $20.
You could send him a $5 gift card to places like Mc Donald's, Target, Wal-Mart, etc.
You could get him a cool poster like dragons, etc.
You could just mail him a Christmas card with an IOU that he can redeem in 3 months when you do have the money.
You can send him some nice postcards.
You can buy lots of stuff at the dollar store for $1 or less.

I would say, either a best buy gift card, or maybe a t-shirt from American Eagle. Check the sale rack...you can usually get some pretty nice t-shirts for about $5.

Print out some good porn from the web, send a stack of that on paper through the mail. You could wrap each sheet individually for added christmassy effect.

DVD, CD, Video Game, gift card to store. Those aren't too bad price-wise and you could send them in the mail easy.

my suggestion would be a free e-card, or an online gift certificate with whatever money you can spend.

Look on ebay. Video games, something that has to do with a sport he likes, shirt. Lots of stufff. Try walmart.
