_to learn anything fast is really unlikely
_i would suggest you read alot of books about spanish guitar (mainly about fingerstyle guitar)
_listen to alot of spanish guitar music
_have alot of patience, nothing that is worth learning should be done fast, i know this because when i started fast it only slowed me down after a couple of months, so it is better to learn all the basics and do it slowly at first
_but here is the sugestion, do it slow, play attention (to everything), learn music (how to read music and music theory), don't limit your listening to spanish guitar but expand it to philharmonic and orchestra stuff (this will give you alot of inspiration), take time and don't rush things because it will only worsen you
_ there are alot of stuff in the internet pertaining to the spanish guitar and it is really useful, and having a teacher to teach you will be better
_also practice everyday for 3-4 hours to get your deterity and learn how to fingerpick
_not to discourage you or anything but the best spanish style guitarist didn't do it overnight, but years and years and years of discipline and research (both on info and themselves) and they went to universities to learn how to play music (not just playing the guitar)

I would say by receiving lessons from a Spainish instructor. I had a landlord once and he was from the Dominican Republic. He said that guitar players were extremely abundant and everywhere playing including restaurants, busses, you name it they were there. I guess you could try to play along with Los Lonely Boys, but that's just gross... listening to that all day.
