ive seen dogs and sheep why do people keep saying they cANt clone a dinosaur? is this because there is no way to bring it to term? like no mother hosting it?

Because DNA degrades over time, it's difficult, if not impossible, to clone anything that's been dead for long. The longer it's been dead, the harder it is to find DNA intact enough to clone with. Considering how long dinosaurs have been dead, cloning them is essentially impossible in the forseeable future.

Besides, do we really want live dinosaurs? Think about "Jurassic Park."

Its not considered bringing the dead back. Its considered giving birth. In religion it is looked at as a bad act because only god should create life.I look at it differently. There cannot be life without god.The life being cloned is still life from god its just that it is born unnaturally.Once the egg and genetic material are fused life begins. Its the same thing happening with clones so it pretty much is to be considered god made life.Clones need to have genetic material even the smallest amount of genetic material fused into an egg cell can be cloned. But non have survived so cloning dinasours is impossible. However it could be possible at the same time.Mosquitos at that time sucked dinasour blood and god frozen in tree sap.The blood could still be inside them. However they have been hard to find and nobody knows if it is dinasour material. This does not mean that more recent species like mammoths or cave lions cannot be cloned.
Their genetic material is more likely to be found.Thousands of times more likely.how cool would it be to see a mammoth!

You can't bring back the dead to clone them, this includes fossils
