Don't use the internet.
Of course, that will also mean not using credit or debit cards (since each transaction is transmitted via the internet).
Of course, you may not want to go out into public, since there are "security" cameras everywhere, watching your every move.
You might want to quit your job too. After all, they have your checking account and Social Security Number, your address, date of birth and telephone number.
You could become Amish. No computers and a cash-only economy.

go on a website that will tell you how many calories you need to stay at the weight you are now, there's an option where it says phisical activity it would be in bed or hospital, then subtract 400 calories to lose weight. another thing is make a smoothie of juice from 4 oranges, juice from 1 grapefruit, a green apple sliced, 2 celery sticks, and a handful of cut nopales( a mexican item that is like cactus, make sure you take of the spines) you blend it together and you might need a glass of water added too, then you drink all of it, you could add a tablespoon of powdered flax seeds for more hunger control. if you get hungry later in the day take slim fast or a salad with light dressing. in five days i've lost a lot of inches and 10lbs. and I didn't even exercise just daily movements, and if anyone says it's unhealthy, it's not, people say that because when you lose weight fast and then you could easily go to your old habits, but its not unhealthy. don't throw up i know a girl that died because of it.

Never give out personal information like your name, telephone number, address, email, school name, school sports teams names, names of shopping malls you visit, or names of businesses that are unique to your town. Information like this can easlily find the name of the town you live in.
Never meet someone face-to-face that you know only from the Internet. Remember that the people you chat with online may not be who they say they are. Even people in high Government jobs are preditors. You can't trust anyone you don't personally know. On this site, never respond if someone says "Email me or, IM me, and I'll answer your question".
Don't open emails from people you don't know - the emails may be spam that is "Phishing" for personal information about you. Common "Phishing" scams claim to be from banks saying your account will be closed. They then tell you to click the link and fill out the form to confirm you account is valid. You will be suprised how many adults fall for this scam. A simular "Phishing" scam involves School systems. An Official looking email is sent saying the Schoos system lost some of the students information and records. The claim that not all the records was lost but, they can't determine who is missing. They ask you to, click the link and, give the information of all your children attending schools in the system so they will know who's records are lost.
One last point. The Federal Trade Commission has much information about this.

Dear Londy,
Make sure you never give out different bits and pieces of your personal information to different websites.. They have a way of collating everything and creating a very real "profile". Keep track of the "junk" information that you generally fill in website forms, and use the same info everywhere.
Use a good Anti-spyware software on your computer. I use Spybot SD
Use a good Internet anti-virus suite. I like Symantec suite.
Your blogs(like blogger), online social networks(like facebook), and Picture accounts(like snapfish) tend to give out a lot of info about you that you wouldnt like others to see. Carefully create a pseudo identity, and use that with any site that displays your group photos etc.

I recommend getting the latest firewall protections and antivirus protections. It is great that you are concerned. A worse case scenario would be that someone is stealing your identity or stealing your passwords. Browse safely. Have a great day.

Get off of the internet or control your mind. Your expectation of something to happen usually enforces it's manifestation.
