Where do I put on my neck tie Clip (not pin) on my tie ??

Take the very bottom tip of the tie and fold it up to the very bottom of the knot at your neck. Where the fold is, that is where you put the tie clip.

in the middle, right over your sternum...use it to clip your tie to your shirt.
