How can i tell the difference between baby girl and boy degus?

My friends female degu just had 5 pups. How can i tell between sexes of the pups? Pics would be helpful!!

u have to wait until they get a bit older to tell

Its pretty easy to tell and you definitely dont need pics. A male will have on his underside a raised like line from his behind to almost belly button. A female will not...she will just have a little round elevation behind under her tail between the thighs.
