Most definitely, just look at corporations like ENRON that have screwed over thousands of employees by not being moral.

They should be held to a higher degree. Corporations for the most part have ethics plans but they never seem to hold them to the higher ups only to the lower employees. There is not a day that goes by where you don't hear of something going on be it safety, environmental or some other infraction on the part of a company.

Corporations should be held to more stringent ethical standards than individuals. The reason being is that corporations actions have potential to affect a larger number of lives than the actions of a single individual.

No. Corpora tins are not the same as men, therefore you can not treat them the same.
However people tend to forget that without people corporations do NOT work
So if we just hold the people who RUN corporations to high moral standards we will be fine.

ABSOLUTELY.

GREAT QUESTION, AND I DON'T ALWAYS SAY THAT!!!!!!!!!!

The government treats corporations as if they have rights, like human beings, but they are money making business institutions, no moral code to go by, no rules as applied to the individual.

If you ask me, corporations get special treatment from our government, hell, they ARE the government in many cases,
if you are going to give them rights and privilages, make them accountable also.

But we have commies, greenies, and unions in this country that hate corporations and want to destroy them.
These corporations pay good wages, good benefits, and employ millions of people.
