Cause im 13 and I have really badly stained teeth. Cause from when I was little I took this medicine that makes your teeth turn yellow. And my dentist won't let me use Crest White Strips so my only alternative is toothpaste. Which kind is best to use?

The cheapest way, and most effective way, is right from your home. Ask your parents to buy you a box of baking soda, or bring some up to the bathroom in a bowl. Next, pour some hydrogen peroxide onto your toothbrush (usually used for cleaning cuts, its in a brown bottle). Then dip your toothbrush into the baking soda. Brush. I guarantee your teeth will start getting whiter. Hydrogen Peroxide acts a bleach for your teeth. Its not harmful, but try not to swallow. The baking soda naturally cleanses, and is in most toothpastes.
The mixture does taste horrible, though. I would suggest brushing with regular toothpaste after wards.

I would suggest Crest Vivid White Toothpaste
They also have a Crest Vivid White Mouthwash I love it

I just got this really good one and i saw immeadiate results
Colgate Fresh Cofidence w/ whitening gel
When i say immeadiate i mean after the first time!

i brush with colgate whitening toothpaste but thats what my mother buys. I think it works though.

I would use Supersmile toothpaste. It's quite expensive, but it gets the job done.

Brush your teeth with baking soda. It tastes bad, but it helps ALOT.
