Have you ever had children? Or fallen and hurt your lower back, crotch, or pubis bone?
You have a main nerve that runs through the front of your pelvis and into your right leg.
Its quite possible that you have either through accident or carrying and birthing children, caused that nerve to become sensetive to irritation by exerting the muscles that attach to your pubic bone and run through your abdominals.
Its also possible that you simply have a tendon or ligament that is stretched or disconnected from the pubic bone in that area, and it becomes inflamed and irriated whenever you exert those muscles it attaches to.
Either way, i doubt your OBGYN can locate the issue, and you might need to turn to a specialist.

i have had this similar pain. I am under the impression it is a form of tendonitis. stretching and maybe even a pain cream massaged into the area on occation could be helpful. I use a meleleuca product called pain-a-trait that works marvelously and is non toxic. If the pain occurs within a short time after intercourse, try requesting that your partner help with the massaging. I hope this helps your problem.

I think that when you lift a certain way or alot then you are probably using a certain pelvic muscle that you normally don't use if you are staying up on your exams and have had anxray then I don't really think you have much to worry about. Hope this helps.

It may be a strangulated hernia, straining will cause it and rest will relax the intestine and the pain will subside. you might want to have a xray done of your intestines. a manual exam doesn't always reveal intestinal problems.

its just over exertion, anytime you stretch a muscle too far or work too hard you will get sore no matter where it is. resting helps the muscle feel better. rest can help you but not working too hard will be the only final cure.

Assuming you don't mean pubic bone, a strong possibility is that the lowest part of your spinal column may have the beginnings of a deteriorating disc.
