Go to the post office and they will do it for you. You will need the full address. You will have to fill out a customs form (just declare the contents). It's not a big deal but can be a bit pricey.

Go to your local post office they will tell you how much it will cost how long it should take to arrive to destination. Just have to providen the address to and from. Its actually pretty easy. If its a christmas lpackage i would send it out on monday though. It will take time to get over there.
