How do I reset to factory settings when I don't remember the password for the Microsoft Broadband Utility?? I need to reconfigure things but don't remember the password. What else can I do??

reset the router. There should be a small button in behind the router. Use a pin or something.

I have done the same thing in the past. I released and renewed my ip config. via the command screen (run, cmd or command depends on what OS you are using) restarted and went to the router home page.
