Sean Connery hands down - but he does have a slight unfair advantage - being the first and being so good :) - he set the standard and it's always very VERY difficult to accept anyone else who comes along later as being as good as the original - anyway, I personally thought Roger Moore was too smarmy, and I can't even remember what Dalton and Lazenby were like; and I 'm probably the only person that feels this way but I just didn't like Pierce Brosnan, I didn't mind some of his other stuff but he just got on my nerves as Bond - I think it was the fact that everyone around me was raving about him and I 've always had to be different :) - I have a feeling though that Daniel Craig is going to be brilliant - I've watched some of his other movies, not Casino Royale though, and he was absolutely BRILLIANT in them - definitely up there as one of the better actors today. I don't know what the big deal was about him being blonde though, I didn't even register that the other weren't really until it was pointed out to me.
