i peirced my belly button about 5 motnhs ago and cleaned it every day since then, but it still hasnt healed completely, how long should it take and what should i do to encourage it.

my belly button healed in like 1 month but a friend of mines took 6 months to heal. i was told it takes up to 3 months but some else told my friend it can take up to 9 months so don't worry just yet.

It should take 6 weeks to heal but since uts been a long time you should go see the person that pierced it because it should of been healed by now.

i got my belly pierce about four yeas ago, it looked like it healed probably 7 months later, but one day i took it off to replace the ring, and put one on that had some cute little chains with stars in the tip of them one of those stars gor stuck to my jeans button without noticing i stand up and because my belly wasnt fully healed it tear the whole thing like paper i was bleeding like for an hour and when it stop i could mive because of the pain, i have lots of friends who tell me that their belly piercing healed aproximately a year after they got it, so good luck and be carefull!!!
