This said, we might ask, "What color were the ancient Egyptians?" Being on the continent, Egypt has always been an African civilization though it straddles two regions, Africa and the Middle East. It's fairly clear that the cultural roots of ancient Egypt lie in Africa and not in Asia. Egypt was a subtropical desert environment and its people had migrated from various ethnic groups over its history (and prehistory), thus it was something of a "melting pot," a mixture of many types of people with many skin tones, some certainly from the Sub-Saharan regions and others from more Mediterranean climes. It is impossible to categorize these people into the tidy "black" and "white" terms of today's racial distinctions. The Egyptians are better classified using evidence of their language and their material cultures, historical records, and their physical remains because so-called "racial" identification has been elusive, much for the reasons cited above. Skulls have been measured and compared and DNA tests attempted in various forms, but conclusions are few. Skulls are more similar to those found in the Northern Sudan and less similar to those found in West Africa, Palestine, and Turkey. It seems that there has been some genetic continuity from Pre dynastic time through the Middle Kingdom, after which there was a considerable infiltration into the Nile Valley from outside populations. That the Egyptians by and large were dark is certain, and many must have been what we today call "black." The race of the egyptians is very nebulous. You are underestimating black people Intelligence is not the property of any race in particular. The way you use it many times depend on the opportunities you have in life.

You are the one that is not smart. Since Egypt is on the continent of Africa, by default it was built by Africans. Some of the slaves that built the pyramids were probably black as well as Jewish and what you would call Arab. Egyptians no doubt had a very advanced society as evidenced by their construction of the pyramids, mummification, building the first library, but then there were other Africans like Nubia that were also very advanced.

Well, the Egyptian language is a member of the Afro-Asiatic family, at least language-wise, which is usually a pretty good guide to the origin of the people, too. This group includes peoples from across the Sahara, Ethiopia, and Semitic peoples (both Hebrews and Arabs). So, in a sense, they are African, but related to the Arabs.
If you talking sub-Saharan Africans (eg., Zulus, etc.), they are not related to them, they are related to the Arabs, but they are indigenous to Africa.

Many different cultures built pyramidal structures. The most famous are the Egyptian pyramids...which are technically African because Egypt is located on the continent of Africa.

Given that Arabs didn't move in en masse to North Africa until the late 600s, it was the original Egyptians. Whether these people were black or more Berber-like is still contested. But one thing's for sure: It wasn't the Arabs.

Well, i would say ancient egyptians built it, and racially they were a mix of samiitic (arab) nubean (black) and greek caucasions
however if we go with the evelotionary theory that homo erectus gene pool originated in africa we couls therefor argue that africans built everything, however, they,re still standing so it definately wasnt the modern americans.

Ahahaha.
The ancient Egyptians were (a lighter shaded kind of than many, but nonetheless) "black people" and had nothing to do with today's Arabic population, who were a few tribes in the desert then.
And they mixed with other African people.

It was Africans who built it.
While the bulk of the Pyramid's core was constructed of 4,000- to 40,000-pound blocks of soft limestone, the outer layer of the Pyramid was made of a beautifully bright, protective layer of polished stone. These outer "casing stones" are missing today because about 600 years ago they were stolen by Arabs, (This accounts for the very worn appearance of the Pyramid today, since the inner limestone blocks are not immune to attack by the elements-wind, rain, and sandstrom.) This protective covering was made up of 100-inch-thick, 20-ton block of hard, white limestone, similar to marble but superior in hardness and in durability against the elements.
* The casing stones, 144,000 in all, were so brilliant that they could literally be seen from the mountains of Israel hundreds of miles away. On bright mornings and late afternoons, sunlight reflected by this vast mirrored surface of 5-1/4 acres distinguished the Pyramid as being visible from the moon.
(Note: For those interested in possible symbolic significance, in Bible prophecy 144,000 is the number of people-12,000 from each of the 12 tribes of Israel-who are supposed to evangelize the world at the endtime.)
* The people of the area had viewed the Pyramid and its polished stones with awe for centuries. But when a 13th century earthquake loosened some of these casing stones, the Arabs recognized a great quarry of precut stones that could be used to finish off palaces and mosques. For instance, the casing stones were used to rebuild the new city of El Kaherah plus Cairo mosques and palaces, including the Mosque of Sultan Hasan.
* Amazingly, the outside surface stones are cut within 0.01 (1/100th) inch of perfectly straight and at nearly perfect right angles for all six sides. And they were placed together with an intentional gap between them of 0.02 inch. Modern technology cannot place such 20-ton stones with greater accuracy than those in the Pyramid.
* Even more amazing is that the 0.02-inch gap was designed to allow space for glue to seal and hold the stones together. A white cement that connected the casing stones and made them watertight is still intact and stronger than the blocks that it joins.

Racist.
They were built by Egyptian slaves, who could be from all over Africa and the Middle East. You may recall that Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt... so there were quite a lot of Middle Eastern people, but there were also people from Africa.
