Mexico City is getting very polluted by over use of cars ond the surrounding mountians not letting out the polluted air. Also they had an election and every one got really mad cuz they didnt want something to happen. Im not sure what though.

A left-leaning party that has never won any elections (and feels that it fradulently lost in 1988) is ticked off at the fact that the right-wing party won.
Note how neither of these are the PRI party, which ruled for 70 years.
