I think that the reason so many people are against MySpace is because it's used for so many negative things. Pre-teens get on MySpace and lie about there age, making themselves look older, sexual offenders could easily hurt someone, and people tend to give out more personal informatioin then they should. I'm a user of MySpace, but I have my profile set to private, so you have to be my friend to know my name, see pictures of me rather than just my profile pic, and to know pretty much anything about me. I think that the reason most adults are against it is because their children aren't being careful about it and are putting out information that they shouldn't.
I think that as long as MySpace is used for what it supposedly was intended-Making Friends, and keeping in touch with friends you already have-it's not a bad thing at all. But when it gets out of hand, it can be downright dangerous.

Well, basically because it is a bunch of desperate 13 yr olds wanting to go out with hot 18 yr olds, My friend once get asked by this girl to come to her highschool prom, and she would by him the ticket, but he was in the army in IRAQ!!! that is whats wrong with it!
