Phosphorous bronze roundwound, .013 is going to give you the best sustain and clearest tone.

Martin strings are really good for whatever style you play

Med. or Fine gauge steel strings, so u can bend them notes.

.13 (medium heavy) for most rock acoustic sounds (it gives it that bluesy sound)
but it will take alot out in your fingers
