Bullies always seem scary when you are young. But, please know that it gets better as you get older. There are always people who try to intimidate others. But, those who seem the most intimidating are those with the biggest weaknesses. Usually, people who are "bullies" are trying to put the attention on someone else through teasing or intimidation so that no one notices their shortcomings. Your best bet is to walk away from a bully, if possible. Do not succumb to their intimidation and try not to fear them. You will look like a bigger person by brushing them off and not letting them get the best of you.

There will always be a bully at any school that you go to. I admit that i do get scared when im passing a bully in the hall without any of my friends. The last time i have been bullied was in the seventh grade when i just moved to a new school and had no friends at all.

Now, im a sophomore in high school and i have a lot of friends. I know almost everybody from the popular kids to the nerds. I even have friends who are bullies. I don't agree with what they do but i can't change who they are.
i dont hang around with them but i am on there good side. Most of the bullies i know pick on people who are not strong enough to stand up for themselves and people who are weak minded.

If you ever do get bullied show them that your not afraid but be nice. They'll back down or just know not to pick on you again.

I never did because I could defend myself. And do you know it's going to be against teh law in Jan the 1st. if a bully in school messes with you or hurts you and the rteachers or principal don't do anything they could get fired. SO don't worry if someone is bullying you just tell your teacher or go straight to the principal. aNd if they don't do nothing go to your counselor and explaint eh situation and tell him if nothing is done you will go to the cops and they should do something. Because Bullys aren't wanted anymore in schools. ANd besides if you get hurt by a bully in school property and you have already told the teachers and principal and counselors you can sue the school for negligenience. SO stand up and count yourself today and don't let a bully control your life.

I did when I was a kid...I finally got tired of it and went nuts; that particular person went to the hospital, I went to the police station, but never got bullied again. My mother freaked out, I got treated like a leper for a few weeks, but later it became like a badge of honor: the bad boys leave the crazies alone. Nobody wants to go through life looking like they got run over by a chain saw! Pick your fights carefully and make sure you are always over-armed. The expression on a bully's face when he suddenly realizes he's out of his element is classic!

well i was bullied a lot as a kid back at school and as much as they taunted me and called me names, it didn't weaken me but rather enhanced my confidence. it was terrible at the same time, but it didn't get to a stage where i wanted to take my life. for you, you have to realise that bullies pick on people who are weaker or inferior to them. they'd never take on someone who looks stronger physically than them. yet bullies are pathetic people in their own right. don't let them get to you. remember, you are a far better person than those types of people if you ignore them and not let them affect you because by doing so you'll succeed eventually

That's what they count on: scaring you. You have to face them down and be strong. A bully will back down it he doesn't have a scared victim.
