The people advising you to shave are giving you terrible advice! The hair is there for a reason. It protects your sensitive area from friction with clothing, etc. And, perhaps more important, it allows for air circulation, so your perspiration evaporates more quickly. If you shave, the sweat just stays wet - nobody can shower every hour - so you're really LESS clean than a man with a natural bush. Shaved men are very likely to STINK down there, and there are also some more serious skin infections that bare skin is far more likely to get.
And for what? So you can look like some guy in a porn movie? Real men (not in movies) stopped shaving a long time ago! It's very 1990's.

Shave it with a beard trimmer to make it nice and neat. It's cleaner that way. Here's a trick - shave all of the hair off directly above the penis and you will look longer. Ta da.

If it's real burly, get you some clippers and put on guard #2, and trim like there's no tomorrow, honey! It's more sanitary, 'cause your pubes hold stank bacteria, and it makes your johnson look longer! I'm a girl, so I don't have a johnson, but I sure do like 'em! ha ha.

Leave it alone, let it be natural or if your hair is really long, trim it neatly--none of this shaving stuff--looks weird, especially if you go to the gym.
