ok has your grandmother actually seen it? i am thinking maybe she just means you are made for having kids.and all women have diffrent size vaginas just like mean have differnt size penises. have you ever read a karma sutra book? it talks about the size of men and womens parts. i wouldnt worry about any thing.but here is an example if a guy has a small penise he would enjoy sex better with a woman that has a smaller vagina. and if a woman has a bigger vagina then she would prefer a bigger penis. thats it there is nothing else to worry about it dont mean your lose or nothin but i seriously think she just meant your built for having babys.
